What is 'Fast & Free UK Delivery'?
This is available on any UK Inland orders over £40.00 made Monday to Friday. You will receive your parcel within 1-2 working days via courier. Orders received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be sent out on a Monday for Tuesday/Wednesday delivery. You will receive an email notification one hour before the parcel is delivered.
What is 'Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery'?
If you select this postage option at checkout for just £3.95 any UK Inland orders made Monday to Friday before 13:00 (including satisfactory security results checks) will be delivered the next working day (orders £40.00 or under cost £3.95 and are also delivered the next working day). You will receive your parcel the next working day via a tracked courier service before 6.00pm. Orders received after 13.00 on a Friday and any orders received Saturday and Sunday will be sent out Monday for a Tuesday delivery. You will receive email notification one hour before the parcel is delivered. Please note that if you require a Saturday delivery you must select the Saturday delivery option.
Certain areas in Scotland are a 2 working day delivery due to the locations.
What is a Saturday Delivery?
This delivery option is available Monday to Friday for orders received before 13.00pm. If you select this delivery option you will receive your parcel on a Saturday between 9.00am to 5.00pm
When will we deliver?
Our courier will attempt delivery anytime between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).
Do I need to sign for the delivery?
A signature is required and if you`re not available our courier will post a card at your address to let you know. If after a card has been left no contact is made and the goods are returned to us there is a charge of £3.95 (which we have to pay the courier), there will also be another £3.95 charge for us to re-send the goods back to yourself.
Can I send my order to another address?
Yes, of course. You can select a different address during the checkout and save it to your address book for next time you shop. You can update your address book at any time by logging into the site and clicking on my account.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our courier will try at your neighbours and if they're available to sign will leave it with them and post a card through your door to let you know. If our courier misses you or your neighbours they'll leave a card and try again the next working day. If they miss you again, they'll leave you another card and take the goods back to the nearest depot where they can be collected, goods are kept at the depot for 3 working days after two attempted deliveries. After this period of time the order will be returned to store.
What if I can't get to a depot to collect?
Don't worry. Just contact us on 01782 289189 or mail us at email@example.com and we'll help you arrange a re-delivery.
If your delivery is returned to us?
We will make every attempt to get your parcel to you. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery and both the courier company and ourselves are unable to get in touch with you the parcel will be returned to us by the courier company. If the parcel is returned you are liable for the charge incurred by the courier company to us.
How long will it take for worldwide deliveries?
Worldwide deliveries are sent by royal mail international signed for delivery, so if your parcel has not arrived within 10 days contact us and we can trace the parcel for you.
Why have I been asked for additional information?
As part of our company policy, we regularly carry out security checks on orders to protect both our customers and our business. All information given to us is kept strictly confidential and will be disposed of once your order has been dispatched in line with data protection procedures. Please note, if you have been asked to provide additional information we cannot begin to process your order until this information has been received.
