What is guaranteed free next day delivery?

This is available on any UK Inland order over £40 (orders £40 or under costs £3.95 are still delivered next day) made Monday to Thursday before 2pm.You will receive your parcel the next day before 5pm. Orders received Friday,Saturday and Sunday will be sent out on a Monday for Tuesday delivery. You will receive email notification one hour before the parcel is delivered.

The shipping costs breakdown is below -

FREE - All UK orders over £40.00

£3.95 - All UK orders £40.00 or under.

£8.95 - All European orders (excludes Russia)

£12.95 - All Worldwide orders

When will we deliver?
Our courier will attempt delivery anytime between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

Do I need to sign for the delivery?
A signature is required and if you`re not available our courier will post a card at your address to let you know.If after a card has been left no contact is made and the goods are returned to us there is a charge of £3.95 (which we have to pay the courier), there will also be another £3.95 charge for us to re-send the goods.

Can I send my order to another address?
Yes, of course. You can select a different address during the checkout and save it to your address book for next time you shop. You can update your address book at any time by logging into the site and clicking on my account.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our courier will try at your neighbours and if they're available to sign will leave it with them and post a card through your door to let you know. If our courier misses you or your neighbours they'll leave a card and try again the next working day. If they miss you again, they?ll leave you another card and take the goods back to the nearest depot where they can be collected.

What if I can't get to a depot to collect?
Don't worry. Just contact us on 01782 289454 or mail us at info@terracesmenswear.co.uk and we'll help you arrange a re-delivery.

How long will it take for worldwide deliveries?
Worldwide deliveries are sent by royal mail international signed for delivery, so if your parcel has not arrived within 10 days contact us and we can trace the parcel for you.

Returns Policy

The products available from the Terraces online store are direct from the brand and manufactured to a high standard. If goods purchased are to be returned, Terraces will exchange or refund any order providing:
1. You have a valid reason for return.
2. The product is returned in a saleable condition.
3. All original packaging and tags attached, within 14 days of purchase.
4. Before returning goods it is necessary to phone (01782289454) or contact via email (info@terracesmenswear.co.uk) as no goods can be accepted without authorisation from Terraces.

Returns Costs
Any costs incurred in returning products are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for returned products whilst in transit and we advise that all items are returned using a trackable and recorded service.(If you do not use a recorded service and the goods do not arrive it is your responsibility to claim off your postage provider and not our responsibility to refund). These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refunds
The free delivery service is when the customer keeps the product purchased, if a refund is required when the goods have been received back to Terraces, provided that the goods returned are in a saleable condition you will be refunded less postage charge of £3.95.(e.g if the top returned is £50 you will be refunded £46.05).A
 product that is returned where £3.95 delivery was charged (orders £40 or under) then you will be refunded only for the product.

How long do refunds take to show up?

You will receive a refund conformation email when your product has been refunded. refunds can take up to four to five WORKING DAYS to show up on your bank statement/PayPal. If after 7 working days you refund is not showing please contact us on the shop number

Exchanges
Terraces will gladly exchange any products that are brought incorrectly, when the goods are received back at Terraces a charge of £3.95 will be debited off your original payment card to cover re-delivery. Payment for goods purchased online must be made by credit or debit card. The price paid includes VAT and shipping and payment will not be debited until the goods are shipped. All payments are encrypted and made on a secure server. Payment details are not visible or retained on the Terraces website.
