International Delivery

Due to the current pandemic we have made a few adjustments to our delivery times andmethods. We have introduced strict social distancing measures in our warehouse and dispatch areas to keep our team as safe as possible. in the quickest way possible, we’ve changed the way we operate for your safety and ours, so lead times on delivery will be a little longer than stated below. Whilst we’re working hard on getting your order to you as soon as possible there is a chance your order may be delayed a day or two due to the measures we have put in place for everyones safety and with us running with a team 80% smaller than usual.

If you’ve received your order confirmation it means we have received your order and we’re working hard on getting it to you in the safest way possible.

INDONESIA, MALAYSIA & SINGAPORE - If you are ordering from these countries we have set a minimum value of three items per order. If your order falls below the minimum item value your order will be automatically refunded.


When will my order be dispatched?

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email stating ‘awaiting fulfilment’ this means your order has been received and is ready for picking. You are then emailed your tracking details when the goods are dispatched from Terraces.

What courier do you use?

All orders are shipped via DPD International and Royal Mail, all goods are sent insured and tracked. Goods will be insured during the time it is in transit up until it is delivered and signed for.   

How long does delivery take?

Our International Delivery takes approximately 2-7 working days dependant on your parcels destination (A working day is Monday-Friday), but please allow 10-14 working days for delivery. If after this period of time you have not received your delivery please contact us at

Is a signature required?

We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

What happens if i miss my delivery?

Our courier will try at your neighbours and if they're available to sign will leave it with them and post a card through your door to let you know. If our courier misses you or your neighbours they'll will try again the next working day. After a period of missed delivery attempts the order will be returned to us. If this happens through no fault of the delivery company you will be charged a return fee.

Why have i been asked for additional information?

As part of our company policy, we regularly carry out security checks on orders to protect both our customers and our business. All information given to us is kept strictly confidential and will be disposed of once your order has been dispatched in line with data protection procedures. Please note, if you have been asked to provide additional information we cannot begin to process your order until this information has been received.
